VariAL CF is a concealed fix baffle jointed cassette rainscreen system, with a range of fully adjustable aluminium support systems. Best suited to horizontal applications, with options for installation to suit both walls and soffits.

Advantages

  • A concealed fix system, VariAL CF1 is designed to accommodate large format horizontal modules with a cost-effective support system
  • VariAL CF2 is generally used for soffits, fascias, verges and ‘goalpost’ details, often in combination with other systems.
  • Fully fabricated, fully adjustable curved and corner panels available for fast erection times.
  • Flexibility for individual flat panels to be demounted in case of site damage, provided that a 20mm joint is specified
  • Variable joint sizes, with a range of joint profile details and treatment options to suit individual project requirements
  • Joint fixings are colour coated to match panels, ensuring minimum disruption to aesthetics
  • No specific installation start point. Panels can be fitted at random, if desired, due to the unique panel carrier, which is fully adjustable and can be locked and unlocked with ease
  • Fire tested by Warringtonfire – Classified A1 to EN 13501-1 3mm Aluminium with no coating applied or with anodised coating applied.
  • Fire tested by Warringtonfire – Classified A2-s1, d0 to EN 13501-1 3mm Aluminium with PPC coating or 4mm Alucobond A2 ACM applied.
